Linda's heirloom jewellery on my bench for remodelling today. I'm going to be dismantling these, before sending the metal off for refining. We'll be using some of the stones in her new jewellery.

I often get asked, can I reuse all of my gold? Yes, you can.

I refine your gold to remove any impurities and old solder joins that might cause your metal to crack. Once it's back to pure gold, I can turn it into any colour or carat of gold you choose. Annie plumped for 18ct white. My 18ct white contains 16% palladium which gives it the white colour. It is a high quality white gold alloy that's white all the way through. Cheaper options are a pale yellow gold colour and need to be rhodium plated, when the plating wears off, you get yellow patches. My gold alloy doesn't need plating in the first place, yes it's a bit more expensive, but much less hassle in the long term.

Engagement rings that can be ordered via the website, cut off date to receive by Christmas is 18 Nov.

Because there's no need to harm animals to live our lives. Because I don't want to hurt and kill or pay someone else to. Everything we need, we can get without exploiting animals, what we do to them is not humane. The test? Would you want it done to you or your pets? I get it, it requires you to do things differently, eat differently, perhaps think differently about your hobbies or pastimes, about traditions. I wasn't always vegan, I had to accept that my choices had harmed other creatures, but I did that and you can too. When we know better, we can choose to do better. If you're someone who has thought, y'know this isn't right, this eating and using animals, then this is your sign. Being vegan has never been easier.
